Bonus8888 Account Security — Your Protection Is Our Priority

When you log in to bonus8888, you enter an environment protected by the latest security layers. We use the same 256-bit SSL encryption trusted by major financial institutions worldwide to safeguard every data transfer between your device and our servers.

Our security monitoring system runs continuously, detecting any suspicious login attempts such as access from unusual locations, repeated failed login attempts, or abnormal activity patterns. If any suspicious activity is detected, you'll receive an immediate alert via SMS and email.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) — An Extra Layer of Security

We strongly recommend all bonus8888 members to enable two-factor authentication. With 2FA active, even if your password is compromised, no one can access your account without the OTP code sent to your registered phone number. Enable 2FA from the Security Settings page once you are logged in.

Every login session at bonus8888 also has an automatic timeout. If your account is inactive for 30 minutes, the system will log you out automatically to prevent unauthorized access in case you forget to log out, especially when using public or office devices.

Your personal information — including your phone number, banking details, and transaction records — is stored on isolated servers inaccessible from the public internet. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties without your explicit consent, in accordance with the bonus8888 Privacy Policy.

If you have ever received an email or message claiming to be from bonus8888 asking for your password or sensitive information, please do not respond. bonus8888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or chat. Report any suspicious communications to our support team for immediate action.

Warning — Beware of Phishing Scams

There are fake websites that mimic the look of bonus8888 to steal your login credentials. Always check the URL in your browser's address bar. Our official website is bonus8888.onl only. If the URL differs even slightly, close it immediately and contact our support.

FAQ — Login

Click the "Forgot password?" link on the login page. Enter your registered phone number or email and you will receive an OTP code to reset your password. The process takes less than 2 minutes. If you don't receive the OTP, contact our customer support via live chat for immediate assistance.

Your account will be temporarily locked after 5 consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. It will unlock automatically after 15 minutes. If you need immediate access, contact our customer support via live chat for identity verification and faster account unlocking.

Yes, your bonus8888 account can be accessed from multiple devices. However, for security purposes, if the system detects a login from a new device or location, you may be asked to verify your identity via SMS OTP. This is an automatic protection measure to prevent unauthorized access to your account.

After your first login via the bonus8888 app, go to Account Settings and select "Security". There you'll find the option to enable biometric login — fingerprint or face recognition, depending on your device's capabilities. Enable it and follow the on-screen instructions. On subsequent logins, simply use your fingerprint.

While our SSL 256-bit encryption protects your data in transit, we recommend avoiding login over unsecured public WiFi. If necessary, use your mobile data connection or consider using a trusted VPN. Always log out when you're done and never save passwords in browsers on public devices.

Contact our customer support via live chat immediately. We will freeze your account right away to block any further activity, then conduct an investigation. Change your password immediately and enable 2FA if you haven't done so. All unauthorized transactions will be fully investigated in accordance with our security procedures.
